Maso Finisterre

The main gate was closed when we arrived. It took some time to reach someone. When we finally contacted the owner over the phone, she said that we didn´t have any reservation (I did have the confirmation from booking)… after a few minutes of arguing she offered one room for us… but the next problem was our dog - they are forbidden (even tho booking says it’s dog-friendly)… The main gate is manually controlled, so you have to be back before 9pm, otherwise nobody opens it for you… Nobody speaks english The staff was rude and unprofessional We felt extremely unwelcome

Awesome place. I stayed there on a weekend trip to explore the surrounding mountains by bike. The rooms are very big and nice, modern interior. I was able to check in right in the morning, and on Sunday eveninh coming back after a long bike ride the owner offered me to have a shower. What's more the place also boasts an excellent restaurant renowned for it's traditional cuisine. I recommend trying it. Overall, this is excellent value for money and I will come back for sure.

I used to love this restaurant, because of their delicous food. But tonight was an incredible experience, i never thought this would happen to me and my friends. We invited our friends to introduce this restaurant, but unfortunately it turned out to be a nightmare experience for me and my friends. We waited 40minutes for the main dish to arrive, and when the food finally arrived, my partner asked the old man and woman (i believe the owners) what happened? Coz we waited for so long! So the old man asked my partner: "are you in a hurry? Are you going to work tomorrow morning?Tell me what time are you going to work later! " He said this 3x!! Though my italian is not so great. I understood what was going on. He also said something like "You ruined my night!". We were shocked of what he said! And tbh, we lost the appetite to eat further...We left without finishing the main dish..We will for sure never come back to this resto!
